Contrary to the “boring and bland” reputation of some plant-based cooking, Cécile Fleurance strives to introduce her clientele to rich and diversely flavored. Beyond colorful Buddha bowls and vegan lemon cheesecake, C’Fée Nature’s resident kitchen fairy offers cooking classes for the vegan-curious and the nutrition-conscious. “My personal background and knowledge of nutrition and naturopathy inspired me, after the initial success of the restaurant, to share my passion with others through cooking classes.” Long live plant-based proteins!
