Colorova: Eco-conscious culinary arts
At the artsy heart of Paris, this bakeshop tearoom has been committed to the culinary arts for seven years. Charlotte Siles and Guillaume Gil, Colorova’s founders, recently revamped the establishment to make it more closely aligned with their ecological values, incorporating as many local products as possible in their bistro-style cuisine. The establishment has also moved away from plastic containers and finds ways to repurpose or compost food waste.
