Operating out of a shared kitchen inside the Foodentropie culinary campus in Nanterre, east of Paris, this start-up catering service gives glass jars a gourmet touch, serving simple, seasonal recipes in reusable containers. Meal Merci offers a made-to-order catering menu incorporating local, seasonal ingredients, including microgreens, nutrient-dense grains, and other superfoods. Bound by their shared love for the land and local products, Meal Merci’s cofounders, Mathilde and Benoît, are “a thousand times thankful” for the chance to accompany their customers in the transition towards sustainability.
