Founded in 2012 by two friends who wanted to serve the best burgers in Paris, PNY (Paris-New York)’s eight Paris locations elevate an American food staple by emphasizing quality above all else: homemade buns, fresh-cut fries, pasture-raised ground beef from a farm just outside of Paris, Sommerset cheddar cheese, and seasonal garnishes and desserts. And for vegetarians, vegans, and burger fans who want to reduce their consumption of meat, any burger on the menu can be made with a plant-based or portobello patty. PNY’s motto is: “let’s eat as little meat as possible, and when we do, it better be good.”
