A menu measured in kilometers, for pleasure without bounds
Founded by “Merci Raymond”—an organization committed to making the city greener—this restaurant in Paris’s 11e arrondissement strives to bring nature back into the city. To this end, the restaurant’s menu includes the distance traveled by each ingredient. The menu features plant-based, seasonal cooking, incorporating as many local ingredients as possible. To limit waste, customers are encouraged to bring their own containers for takeaway orders.
