What do we do?

Since 2019, Écotable supports all actors of the restaurant sector, commercial and collective, in their ecologic transition all around France. We cater to restaurant owners needs, such as :

  • Measure their environmental impact: to know where to begin and how to progress;
  • Surround themselves with the right suppliers: we curate committed suppliers throughout France dedicated to the restaurant industry;
  • Training: we train restaurant owners and their teams (state-funded training) to improve practices. We also offer training for hotel schools and colleges.
  • Showcase their approach: we label restaurants with a successful approach through our label on 3 levels.
